Bow Green is a residential development in East London. For this project I created an interactive sales tool used on large 16:9 wall-mounted touch screens as well as animations that were being projected onto the wall.

Through cutting edge "Gaussian Splat" technology it was possible to render a live model in a web environment, allowing users to explore Bow Green, which has yet to be built. This is a sales tool targeted at potential property buyers but used by sales agents in a marketing suite.

Users can cut down the 3d building models and pick their apartments directly from there, view floor plans, see 360 virtual tours right out of their future apartments' windows and much more. Apartments can be bookmarked and compared to other plots to narrow down the choices.
