Wallacea Living is a retirement development. Naturally this project was aimed at an elderly consumer, therefore providing different challenges from the usual investor or home buyers.

Legibility and simplicity was a big factor when developing this interactive sales tool, ensuring a less tech-savvy audience wouldn't be overwhelmed by the rich amount of functionalities.

Wallacea Living included a more in-depth research of the user group and close communications with our client, ensuring a user-friendly product.

Features of this project are the interactive map engine, the 3D model of the future building, large scale imagery showcasing the high-end interiors and facilities as well as 360 virtual views through the property windows.
